This shape-hugging bodice is curved to fit the waistline and hip, with a medium-low back. It has a longer fit, with the bottom edge of the bodice fitting 2-inches below the natural waistline. Available in adult standard sizes: 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, 13/14.
Design Options
12-Piece "Russian"
Constructed with princess seams to conform to the dancer’s body, this bodice has a medium-low straight-cut back. The bottom edge fits at the waist. Available in adult standard sizes: 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, 13/14.
This all-in-one bodice/basque design comes in a choice of sweetheart or scoop neckline, with a medium-low back. It can be attached to the top layer of the skirt, eliminating the need for a basque. Available in adult standard sizes: 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12 and13/14.
8-Piece Peasant

The same as the 8-piece peasant bodice, this has two additional sections for more shape conformity. Available in adult standard sizes: 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12 and13/14
This is an over-the shoulder bodice with attached puff-sleeves, rouched chiffon or lace inset at the top edge, and optional elasticized shoulder insets for comfort and ease of movement. Available in adult standard sizes: 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12 and13/14.
Nude inset - All bodice styles can be constructed to include a lower-cut center with a flesh-colored “modesty” inset. This design is dramatically feminine.
Embellishment – Crystals, ribbons, silk flowers, lace and/or braiding can be attached to a removable overlay. There is a $20 design fee included in the cost estimate.
Sleeves – Arm puffs or ruffles can be secured on the arms with elastic or attached to the bodice straps. Full sleeves with underarm gussets are attached t the bodice and straps.
Elastic shoulder insets – Allows comfort and ease of movement at the shoulders of the Peasant bodice.
Custom fabric - We are happy to work with a fabric that you supply, provided that it is structurally suitable for bodice construction. Wholesale price of my stock fabric will be deducted from your cost.
